1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phone2 ("phone2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phone2 online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the phone2 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phone2 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you do not meet these requirements. Any winnings obtained in violation of these eligibility requirements may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phone2 Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

phone2 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phone2 account. phone2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phone2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phone2 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your phone2 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• phone2 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• phone2 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to be fraudulent.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• phone2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the Player under Philippine tax law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phone2 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your phone2 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• phone2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

phone2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phone2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phone2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between you and phone2 shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phone2 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
